Paloma answers your phone, takes orders, knows your numbers and handles the busywork.
Every call answered in English or Spanish. Orders land in Clover with a payment link by text. Ask about yesterday's sales like you would ask a manager.
Free while we launch. No card required. Paloma always says it is an AI.
From ring to kitchen ticket in under a minute
- 01
Paloma picks up
First words: “this is Paloma, the AI assistant for {your business}, this call is recorded.” Then hours, address, menu, stock — all from your Clover data.
- 02
Takes the order
Only items from your Clover catalog, with modifiers. She reads the order back and waits for a clear yes.
- 03
Places it in Clover
The order appears in your POS like any other and prints to the kitchen. Paloma never takes card numbers by voice.
- 04
Gets it paid
The guest gets a Clover payment link by text. Paid orders are marked in Clover; unpaid ones can be paid at pickup.
No missed calls at 6 pm
Pizza, takeout, cafés: Paloma answers every line during the rush, takes pickup and delivery orders and hands off to a person when a guest asks.
“Do you have it in stock?”
Price, availability, hours, parking, returns — answered from Clover inventory and the policies you write down once. Reservations of an item for pickup.
A card, not a voicemail
Every call becomes a short card: what the caller wanted, what Paloma did, what needs your yes. A brief every morning with yesterday's numbers.
Ask like you would ask a manager
Answers come from your Clover sales, catalog, inventory and shifts. No dashboards to learn.
Built to be safe in front of your guests
Always disclosed
Paloma says she is an AI in the first sentence and hands off to a person on request.
Payments stay on Clover
Card details are entered on Clover-hosted pages only. We never see or ask for card numbers.
No model training on your data
Your Clover data and call recordings are used only to serve you. Recordings kept 30 days by default.
Your own database
Each business gets an isolated database. Disconnect any time; data is deleted within 30 days.
Questions owners ask first
Will guests know they are talking to an AI? Yes. Paloma introduces herself as an AI assistant and transfers to a person at the first request.
How does the guest pay? They receive a text with a Clover payment link. Card numbers are never taken by voice.
Where does the order go? Into Clover as a regular order; kitchen printing follows your Clover settings.
What if Paloma gets it wrong? Every order is read back before it is placed; you see the call card and can fix the order in Clover.
Can I turn it off? Any time. Your data is deleted within 30 days.
